Ingredients:

  • Spinach (steamed & pureed) 1 cup
  • Whole wheat 1 cup
  • Flour 3/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Semolina 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Wash spinach and cut into finely.
  2. Now chop in grinder.
  3. Take semolina in bowl, put water, oil and salt and mix it nicely.
  4. Now add wheat, maida with spinach puree.
  5. Now mix all ingredients and make dough.
  6. Then divide dough in size of lemons and roll each in small puri.
  7. Then deep fry until fluffy.
