Ingredients:

For Sajji:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

For Rice:

  • Boiled rice 750 gm
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Fried potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green onion 250 gm
  • Green chilies 4
  • Chopped fennel seed 2 tsp
  • Star anise 1/2 tsp
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup'
  • Mixed dry fruits 1 cup

Method:

  1. For sajji: Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 1 hour.
  2. Now put in pot, cover it and cook on low flame.
  3. When it tender nicely, take it out.
  4. Then put rice, black pepper, salt, green onion, green chilies, fennel seeds and star anise in this bowl and mix it nicely.
  5. Now keep chicken on it.
  6. Put milk and fried onion and simmer it for 15 minutes.
  7. Then take out in dish, put dry fruits and fried potatoes and serve.

Sajji Pulao is New & Delicious Recipe. It is easy recipe to make at home. It can be served when your guest comes at your home.
