Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2-3
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash potatoes, clean it, cut into pieces, fry it and keep it aside.
  2. Then heat oil in pan and fry onion.
  3. Now roast ginger garlic paste in it.
  4. Then add turmeric, red chili powder, black pepper, cumin, all spice powder, onion seeds, salt and green chilies, put potatoes and cook it.
  5. Now simmer it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  6. Then take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Aloo Ki Bhujiya is Easy & Simple Recipe. It can be served in Breakfast or as Light Meal. It can also be served with Roti or Paratha.
