Ingredients:

  • Mutton brain 4
  • Onion chopped 1-1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2-3
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Clean mutton brains and take out veins.
  2. Now heat oil  and fry onion until golden.
  3. Then put ginger garlic paste with salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice, tomatoes and yogurt and fry it nicely.
  4. Now put brain and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Then put kasoori methi, coriander leaves and green chilies and serve with naan.

Karahi Maghaz is Delicious & Tasty Delicious. It is Popular Dish in Restaurants of Pakistan. It is served with Naan or Paratha.
