Ingredients:

  • Beef boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Tomato paste 3/4 cup
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 12-15
  • Onion seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut beef into small cubes.
  2. Now marinate with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, yogurt and salt for 2 hours.
  3. Then heat oil, put meat and cook on low flame until beef tender.
  4. Now grind onion seeds and fennel seeds.
  5. Then fill in lengthwise chopped green chilies with salt.
  6. Also take out seeds.
  7. When meat tender and water dries, put tomato paste and bhari hui green chilies and simmer it until chilies tender.
  8. Now serve with naan.

Achar Gosht is Spicy Dish. It has Rich Flavor of Green Chilies. It is prepared with Beef and served with Naan.
