Ingredients:

  • Whole beef pieces 1/2 kg
  • Chili garlic sauce 5-6 tbsp
  • Bread slices big 14-15
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Lettuce leaves for decoration
  • Cucumber 2-3
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Butter as required
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 4-5
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Carrot 2
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For beef: Take 1 whole piece of beef, mark deep cut with knife and put garlic clove.
  2. Now make mixture of vinegar, black pepper and salt, put on beef and tie with thread.
  3. Then wrap with plastic and keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  4. Now heat 3 cup water in pot, put beef piece and cook for 3-4 hours.
  5. Stir beef pieces interval by interval so that masala mix nicely and beef tender.
  6. Spread butter on it and keep in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Beef is ready.
  8. For sauce: Put mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, mustard paste, black pepper and carrot in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
  9. Then toast bread slices on grill pan until mark comes.
  10. Then keep beef slices and sauce in bread slices and serve.
