Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 liter
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 75 gm
  • Pistachio 75 gm
  • Saffron few
  • Sugar 3 cup
  • Green cardamom 7
  • Kewra few drops

Method:

  1. Soak rice in water for 5 minutes, remove skin of almonds and pistachio and cut it.
  2. Then dissolve saffron in slightly warm milk, keep it aside and boil milk
  3. Now add rice, stir it for 8-10 minutes, when milk is thick, add cardamom, kewra, almonds and pistachio, decorate with silver paper and serve chill.

Shahi Khoya Firni is delightful & delicious sweet dish. It is easy to make it. You must try at home.
