Ingredients:

  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Cottage cheese 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow color 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped pineapple 1 tin
  • Silver paper for garnish
  • Glazed cherries for decorate

Method:

  1. Mix khoya, cheese, caster sugar, pineapple essence and yellow color.
  2. Make dough of it.
  3. Grease plate with ghee and do dough thin.
  4. Put pineapple, cherries and silver paper.
  5. Then cut into small pieces and serve.

Pineapple Barfi is yummy sweet dish. Then flavor of pineapple is delicious. You can make this at home easily.
