Ingredients:

  • Beef boiled 1/2 kg
  • Pumpkin 1 kg
  • Tomato paste 250 gm
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Big green chilies 6
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Fennel 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Jaggery 1 tbsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 2 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry garlic.
  2. Now put mustard, onion seeds, cumin, red chili, turmeric and fennel.
  3. Also add curry leaves.
  4. When aroma comes, put beef and chopped pumpkin and roast it nicely.
  5. Add tomato paste and jaggery in other pan and cover it on low flame for 15 minutes.
  6. Now roast it and mix coriander leaves and tamarind pulp.
  7. Then mark cut on green chilies and fill chaat masala.
  8. Then put in kaddu gosht, simmer it for 10 minutes and close stove.

Kaddu Gosht is spicy & delicious. It has amazing flavors of green chilies and chaat masala.
