Foil Mutton Chops

Ingredients:

  • Chops 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Boiled & cubed carrot 1
  • Boiled & cubed potato 1
  • Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  • Whipped yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chops with salt, black pepper, all spice, ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste and vinegar for 1 hour.
  2. Now keep chops in pressure cooker, add 1/2 cup water and boil until chops tender.
  3. Then mix salt, black pepper, all spice and chaat masala in yogurt.
  4. Now cut foil into 6x6 inch, keep 1 tsp yogurt, carrot, potato and peas with 1 chops, fold it and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Foil Mutton Chops is baked chops. It is marinated with green chilies paste & served with vegetables. It is commonly eaten on Eid-ul-Adha.
