  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Round eggplants 250 gm
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Mint leaves for garnish


  1. Put yogurt, garlic paste and salt in dish, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
  2. Then heat oil in saucepan, fry eggplants and keep on yogurt mixture.
  3. Now fry tomatoes, green chilies and salt in this oil, make bhagar, put on eggplants.
  4. Then garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Kabuli Burhani Raita is Afghani dish. It is prepared with yogurt & eggplants and served with tomatoes & green chilies bhagar.
