Kabuli Burhani Raita
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Round eggplants 250 gm
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 3
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Put yogurt, garlic paste and salt in dish, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
- Then heat oil in saucepan, fry eggplants and keep on yogurt mixture.
- Now fry tomatoes, green chilies and salt in this oil, make bhagar, put on eggplants.
- Then garnish with mint leaves and serve.
