Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Curd beaten 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry mutton until brown.
  2. Now take it out and keep it aside.
  3. Now fry onion until light golden.
  4. Then put ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, salt, red chili powder and curd and roast masalay for 5 minutes.
  5. Add water to protect from burn.
  6. Then cover it and cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes till meat tender and gravy is thick.
  7. Then put all spice and take out meat.

Rajasthani Gosht is an Indian dish. It is prepared with mutton & common use ingredients. You can prepared it with beef.
