Zafrani Rusk Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Milk 4 cups
  • Eggs 4
  • Rusk 4
  • Sugar 8 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put milk in bowl and soak rusk for 15 minutes.
  2. Now add eggs and sugar and blend for 1 minute.
  3. Take out mixture in pan, put sugar caramel and saffron and bake on water.
  4. Heat oven on 180 degrees C and bake rusk mixture for 40 minutes.
  5. Then cool it overnight and serve.

Zafrani Rusk Pudding is delightful pudding. Rusk is soaked in milk, caramel & saffron is added and baked. Must try this recipe.
