Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Long red chilies 3
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Green chilies 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion cubes 1
  • Tomato cubes 1

Method:

  1. Heat oil in saucepan and fry onion until light brown.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and cumin and cook for 10 minutes so that masala is ready.
  3. Then add boneless chicken, yogurt, long red chilies, whole red chilies and green chilies, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
  4. Now put onion cubes and tomato cubes and simmer it.

Teen Mirch Murgh is spicy dish. It is prepared chicken, whole red chilies, green chilies and long red chilies. Serve with rice or naan.
