Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Onion slice 1
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Garlic water 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 3
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Butter 8 oz
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put  water in pressure cooker, add mutton, tomatoes, onion, salt, crushed red chili and red chili powder and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Now take out meat in wok, put yogurt and butter and fry it.
  3. Oil comes up, put black pepper, crushed coriander, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve with naan.

Lahori Karahi is delicious karahi. It is traditional Lahori, Pakistan dish. It is prepared with mutton. Cooked in pressure cooker and then cooked with yogurt & butter in wok. Serve with raita and naan.
