Spicy Chaap Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Biryani masala 2 tbsp
  • Ground green chilies 8
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • Mace powder 1/4 tsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Orange food color 1 pinch
  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Coal for smoke
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chops with ginger, garlic, yogurt, biryani masala, ground green chilies and all dry spices for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, put fried onion, chops, tomatoes and green chilies, cover it and cook until chops tender.
  3. Heat oil in other pan, add chops, fried onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, boiled rice, orange food color, yogurt and cream and mix it.
  4. Now cover, simmer it for 15-20 minutes. give smoke of coal and serve.

Spicy Chaap Biryani is tasty and spicy biryani. Mutton chops is marinated and cooked. Then mixed with rice, vegetables & yogurt, simmered and give smoke of coal.
