Karahi Paneer Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese cubes 400 gm
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Capsicum cubes 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Blended tomatoes 2
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok, put onion and ginger garlic and fry it slightly.
  2. Now add tomatoes, capsicum, turmeric, black pepper and red chili powder and fry it.
  3. Then put butter, salt and cardamom powder and cook until oil comes up.
  4. Then put cheese and kasoori methi, cover it, cook for 10 minutes and serve with roti.

Karahi Paneer is delicious dish. Cottage cheese is used to prepare this dish. You must try this dish.
