Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 500 gm
  • Beef mince 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Potatoes 3-4
  • Eggs 6
  • Onion 1
  • Cinnamon 2-3
  • Big green chilies 3-4
  • Cardamom 3-4
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Big cardamom 3-4
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Curry powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil eggs and potatoes.
  2. Heat oil in pan and fry ginger garlic paste and onion until brown.
  3. Now put whole spices and fry it.
  4. Then add mince and roast it.
  5. Put yogurt, red chili powder, cumin powder, curry powder and salt in bowl, beat it, add in pan and roast until oil separates.
  6. Now put rice and salt.
  7. Then put tomatoes and green chilies and cook until water dries.
  8. Then put potatoes, simmer it, when ready, take out in dish.
  9. Then garnish with boiled eggs and serve.

Keema Aloo Ki Tahari is tasty rice dish. Beef mince & potatoes are used. Garnished with boiled eggs and served. You can also add some vegetables.
