Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 kg
  • Almonds 4 tbsp
  • Rabri 1/2 kg
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Silver paper for garnish

Method:

  1. Boil milk, add cardamom until 1 cup of milk is reduce.
  2. Now put rice and simmer it for 20 minutes.
  3. Now add almonds and sugar and cook more.
  4. Now mix rabri and 1/2 cup milk.
  5. Then add kewra essence, take out in dish, garnish with silver paper and serve.

Lacheydar Kheer is delicious sweet dish. Milk is boiled and rice & almonds are added. Then rabri is added, garnished with silver paper and serve.
