Jalebi Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Ghee for fry

Direction:

  1. Sieve maida.
  2. Now mix maida in salt and ghee.
  3. Then knead maida mixture with water and milk and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. Now divide dough into 6 equal portions and make balls.
  5. Then roll it, make parathay and fry in hot ghee.
  6. It is ready.

Jalebi Paratha is delicious paratha. It is prepared with maida and mixed with ghee. Then kneaded with milk and fried in ghee. Make it at home and serve with halwa, omelette or aloo chana ki tarkari.
