Thai Mango Mousse Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mangoes 4
  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Biscuits as required
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup

Direction:

  1. Cut mangoes into cubes and keep it aside.
  2. Now blend mangoes with sugar, cinnamon powder and milk.
  3. Then make layer of biscuits, yogurt, mango puree and mango.
  4. Then serve it chill.

Thai Mango Mousse is delightful dessert. Mango is blended with milk. Then layered with mango cubes, yogurt & biscuits and served chilled.
