Turai Aloo Ki Bhujia Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Turai 1 kg
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Garlic cloves 10
  • Round chilies 10
  • Green chilies 6
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Direction:

  1. Cut turai and potatoes finely.
  2. Now heat oil and put garlic and round chilies.
  3. When aroma comes, add potatoes and turai and roast on high flame.
  4. When water dries, turmeric, cumin, salt, all spice powder, tamarind pulp and green chilies chopped.
  5. Then simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. It is ready.

Turai Aloo Ki Bhujia is tasty vegetable dish. Turai & potatoes are cooked with spices and green chilies. Then simmered and serve with roti. You can serve it in breakfast also.
