Falooda is popular cold dessert in Indian Subcontinent. It is prepared in various methods. Make it at home.


  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Vermicelli boiled 1 cup
  • Tukh malanga soaked 3 tsp
  • Ice cream as required
  • Sugar 3-4 tbsp
  • Red syrup 3 tbsp
  • Red jelly powder 1/2 packet
  • Green jelly powder 1/2 packet
  • Almonds as required
  • Pistachios as required


  1. First boil milk in pot.
  2. Then put sugar and mix it nicely.
  3. Then remove from stove and cool it.
  4. Then boil water in 2 pot and put red jelly powder and green jelly powder in each pot and cook it.
  5. Then boil vermicelli in water.
  6. Then remove from stove and cool it.
  7. When cooked, take out in plate, cut into cubes and refrigerate it.
  8. Then put milk, vermicelli, tukh malanga, ice cream, red syrup, jelly cubes in glasses.
  9. Then sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve chilled.

Falooda is yummy dessert. Milk is boiled and mix with sugar. Then jelly powder is boiled and cut into cubes. Then milk, jelly cubes, ice cream, vermicelli and ice cream are pored in glasses. Then sprinkled with nuts and served chilled.
