Tamarind Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Tamarind pulp – 2 cups
  • Jaggery – ½
  • Salt – to taste
  • Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a pot and head oil in it.
  2. Add tamarind pulp, jaggery, salt, red chili powder and cumin seeds.
  3. Let it cook for 5¬-7 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.

Sauce that goes with all sorts of snacks.
