Tiny Macaroni Salad

Ingredients 

  • Macaroni boiled 2 cups
  • Capsicum 1 
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Ketchup
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

Method

  1. In a bowl mix 3 tbsp mayonnaise with ½ tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce and ½ tsp black pepper. 
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add 2 cup boiled macaroni with chopped vegetables, mix well and serve chilled over bed of salad leaves.
