Dairy products are the milk products that are processed by animal milk such as milk itself, whole milk, skimmed milk, powdered milk, different types of cheese like cheddar, mozzarella, cottage, etc., creams, butter, yogurt and many more. These products are used in our homes in our daily use in different ingredients and food and for different purposes. Dairy products are full of calcium, proteins, magnesium, folate, vitamin A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, phosphorus and riboflavin, which are beneficial for your proper growth and to maintain your teeth and bones strong.

If you use low fat dairy products and cuts saturated fats and cholesterol, even then calcium, proteins and most other minerals and vitamins remain present, so it`s equally beneficial. Dairy products are essential to meet our daily calcium requirements. Young and old people must have intake of dairy products especially milk in their diets to keep them healthy and strong, otherwise different diseases and problems occur such as bone fractures and osteoporosis, arthritis and etc. due to weak bones and low calcium. If milk does not suits you, you must take any substitute of it in form of other dairy products fulfilling the requirement daily for sure in your diet to keep yourself healthy and fit.
