- 2 cups cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter-softened
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 8 oz light cream cheese
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 can cherries
- In a bowl, combine butter and graham crumbs until you are able to form into a crust. Press crust into a 9X13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix icing sugar and cream cheese with electric mixer.
- Fold in whipped cream and mix again until all ingredients are combined.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over crust and top with canned cherries.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Serve cold.
