					Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup crushed Pepperidge seasoned stuffing 
- 1/2 pound fresh cod
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Method:
- Take a bowl and place the fish in it.
- Coat both sides of fish with stuffing. 
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Brush both sides of fish fillets with ranch dressing. 
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet. 
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
