Ranch Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup crushed Pepperidge seasoned stuffing
  • 1/2 pound fresh cod
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Method:

  1. Take a bowl and place the fish in it.
  2. Coat both sides of fish with stuffing.
  3. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  4. Brush both sides of fish fillets with ranch dressing.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
