Ingredients:

Boiled eggs 4
Chicken mince 250 gram
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Egg beaten 2
Green Chillies 2-3
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste

Method:

1. First cut 4 boiled eggs into 2 pieces each and separate yolk from eggs.
2. Add chicken minch, yolk, onion, green chillies, tomato, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander chopped and corn flour in chopper machine and grind it.
3. When all ingredients are grinded, then put into a bowl.
4. Sliced the egg whites and then chopped it with hands.
5. Then put it into the mixture of chicken minch and mix it with hands.
6. Make minch into the shapes of eggs, then dip into beaten egg and mix them with bread crumps.
7. When the eggs are ready, fry it into heated oil. Spicy fried chicken egg are ready.
