Ingredients for Chicken Bihari Boti:

  • Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
  • Raw Papaya 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mix spices 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg, Mace 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli 1 tsp
  • Black Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Mustached Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Fried Onion 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 15-20 pieces
  • Piper Cubeba 1/4 tsp
  • Mint 10-12 leaves
  • Onion 2 pieces

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into cubes.
  2. Now spread all spices and leave it for 1 hour.
  3. In one pan, cover the chicken and put on dum. When chicken cooked well, add butter and parch it.
  4. Give the smoke of coal.
  5. Put in serving dish. Garnish with onion rings and mint.

Ingredients for Chicken Ginger:

  • Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 250 gram
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Red Chilli 1 tsp
  • Ginger 2 inches pieces
  • Green Chilli 4-8 pieces
  • Red Chilli 1 tsp
  • Mint 10-12 leaves

Method:

  1. In on karahi pan, heat oil, blend tomato, cut ginger into stripes and put in it.
  2. Now add salt, red chilli, yogurt and chicken, cover it and cook well.
  3. When chicken cooked well, add milk, green chilli, ginger and mint.
  4. Chicken ginger is ready.

Ingredients for Tamatar ki Khatti Chatni:

  • Tomato 1 kg
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint 1/2 bunch
  • Garlic 1 bunch
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tamarind Pulp 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 7-8 pieces

Method:

  1. Remove the skin of tomato.
  2. Now add all ingredients and blend it.
  3. Then cook the mixture.
  4. Serve it with kebab, samosa, pakora and chips.
