Galouti Kabab And Keri Aur Sirka Wala Achar by Chef Mehboob

Ingredients for Galouti Kabab:

  • Mutton mince 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chana dal 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  • Onion rings for garnish

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients with mutton mice nicely and keep in refrigerator for approx 2 hours.
  2. Now make small size portions of this mixture and seep fry it.
  3. Serve galouti kabab with onion rings and mint chutney.

Ingredients for Keri Aur Sirka Wala Achar:

  • Keri 4
  • Mustard seed 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Curry leaves few
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
