					Ingredients:
- 8 cups corn
- 1 cup finely chopped red onion
- 12 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup butter, cubed
- 4 to 6 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt 
Method:
- In a pan over medium-high heat, cook and stir the corn, onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes. 
- Add Italian seasoning and salt; cook 2-4 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender. 
- Serve warm
