Ingredients for Saadi Puri:

  • Flour 250 gram
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Lukewarm water to knead
  • Ghee for deep frying

Ingredients for Meethay Samosay:

  • Flour 250 gram
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Lukewarm water to knead
  • Ghee for deep frying

For Filling:

  • Almonds grinded 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio grinded 1/2 cup
  • Fresh grated coconut 2 cups
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Semolina 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Meethi Tikya:

  • Flour 4 cups
  • Semolina 124 gram
  • Ghee 4 ounce
  • Caster sugar 4 ounce
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 3 tbsp
  • Egg half beaten
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Ghee for frying

Ingredients for Zafrani Kheer:

  • Milk 2-1/2 kg
  • Rice 125 gram
  • Sugar 1-/12 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds and pistachio 1/2 cup
