  • Flour 500 gram
  • Khoya 250 gram
  • Ghee 50 gram
  • Pistachios 20 gram
  • Almonds 20 gram
  • Cardamom 10

For Frying:

  • Ghee 1 kg
  • Sugar syrup 1 kg
  • Water 1/2 liter
  • Food color Green & Red


  1. In one bowl, mix flour, ghee & corn flour and knead hard with water.
  2. Now separate this into 2 50 gram portions. Coat both portions with food color, cover it with cloth for 15 minutes.
  3. Add water in sugar and make syrup.
  4. Now roll white portion long on table. Roll remaining portion separate separate.
  5. In one bowl, add ghee & flour and make mixture.
  6. Spread water & mixture on half white portion.
  7. Now sprinkle some flour, roll it, stretch into long and cut from center.
  8. Now cut into small small portions. Now do oily one one portions and push with hands.
  9. In one bowl, mix khoya, cardamom powder, pistachios & almonds nicely and make balls.
  10. Now keep khoya balls on one portion and cover with second portion.
  11. Fry in hot oil and put in syrup.
  12. Take out from syrup and serve it.
