Ingredients for Grilled Sandwiches With Green Chutney:

  • Bread slices 8
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 8
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Cottage cheese 1 packet

Method:

  1. Firstly, grind green chillies and green coriander.
  2. Now heat butter in one pan and fry chatni.
  3. Then mix boiled potatoes, grated cottage cheese, black pepper and mayonnaise in it and spread on one one slice.
  4. After it, put another slice on top, press it lightly, cut it from center and keep it on dish.
  5. Now grease the grill with slightly oil and grill sandwiches.
  6. When the sandwiches become golden from both sides, serve it with green chatni and tomato ketchup.

Ingredients for Potato In Mango Chutney:

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chilies 6
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Mango chutney 1 bottle
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon 4
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one karahi pan, fry potato until golden brown and put oil again in box.
  2. Now put mango chutney, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, chopped green chilies, fresh red chilies, salt in potato roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Then cool it, add lemon juice. Potato mango Chutney is ready.

Ingredients for Afghani Karahi:

  • Chicken 16 pieces
  • Ginger 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 10
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 2

Method:

  1. Wash chicken and put in karahi pan with salt.
  2. Now cut green chilies and ginger.
  3. Then in separate pan, heat oil.
  4. When the water of chicken dries and spread finely chopped ginger, crushed black pepper and finely chopped green chilies.
  5. Together put hot oil on top and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve delicious Afghani Karahi with Naan.
