Pan Cake With Fruits And Sindhi Pulao by Chef Mehboob

Sindhi pulao 

Ingredients:

  • Mutton                  1/2 kg 
  • Onion                     1 medium
  • Yoghurt                  2 cups
  • Rice                         2 cups
  • Oil                            1/3 cup
  • Salt                           1 tbsp
  • Coriander                1 tbsp
  • Garam masala         1 tbsp
  • Almond                      4 tbsp
  • Pistachio                    4 tbsp
  • Bayleaf                         2
  • Green chillies              5

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion.
  2. Add mutton , garam masala, bayleaf,  salt and yoghurt anf cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Now add 2 litres of water , bring to a boil and then cook for 45 minutes.
  4. Put almond , pistachio and rice .
  5. Cook for anither 15 minutes.
  6. Now set it on dum for 15 minutes .

Pancakes with fruits

Ingredients:

  • Flour             150gm
  • Milk               250 ml
  • Maple syrup 6tbsp
  • Oil                   4 tbsp
  • Peach              4 pcs
  • Strawberry    6-8
  • Banana            1
  • Sapodilla          2
  • Eggs                   3
  • Pineapple          4 rings

Method:

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs and add milk.
  2. Slowly , add flour and keep mixing.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan, pour the mixture in the pan using a laddle.
  5. Cook it on both sides
  6. Stack all the cooked pancakes in a plate.
  7. Serve with maple syrup and fruits.
