Ingredients For Kofta Biryani:

For Kofta:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Ginger 1
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Biryani:

  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Coriander leave 1/4 bunches
  • Dried plum 100 gm
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Yellow color 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg mace ground  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Kewra  2 tbsp
  • Mix whole spice as required
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Kaleji Masalay Wali:

  • Mutton liver 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Boiled tomatoes  2
  • Coriander leaves  as required

Ingredients for Beef Seekh Kabab:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Kidney fats 125 gm
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Onion 1
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
