Ingredients for Podina Paratha:

  • Flour 2-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Water as required
  • Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First, mix flour, salt and 1/4 cup ghee, knead with water and keep for 1 hour.
  2. Now give shape of balls of dough and roll it round.
  3. Now put remaining 1/4 cup ghee.
  4. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top and roll like swiss roll.
  5. Now cut balls and make 6 inch roti.
  6. How heat tawa, and cook it until it is ready.
  7. In end, serve hot.
