Ingredients for Bhindi Bhigari:

  • Bhindi 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in frying pan.
  2. Now put onion, do golden brown and take out.
  3. Now put bhindi and cook it.
  4. When water dries, add turmeric, white cumin, red chili flakes and lemon juice, roast it lightly and remove it.
  5. In end, put finely chopped coriander, finely chopped green chilies, salt and fried onion and serve with hot hot chapati.
