Baked Sandesh by Sara Riaz
- Dry milk 3 cup
- Water 1 liter
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Chopped almond, pistachio 2 tbsp
- Put all ingredients except almond and pistachio in blender and blend it.
- Grease oven proof dish and put mixture. Add chopped almond and pistachio on top.
- Bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Now chill it, cut into pieces and serve.
