Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice 1/2 kg
  • Cinnamon 1-2
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Jaggery 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Fennel 1 tbsp
  • Coconut 1 cup
  • Almond 2-3 tbsp
  • Raisins 2-3 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup

Method:

  1. Boil rice.
  2. For Syrup: Mix milk, jaggery, fennel and coconut and make thick.
  3. Heat ghee in pan. Then put green cardamom, cinnamon, raisins, almond and jaggery and mix it nicely.
  4. When it is ready, put coconut slice.
  5. Now leave for simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coconut and almond and serve.
