Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 2 cup
  • Chopped spinach 250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Carom seed 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First put all ingredients except oil in chopper or grinder and make smooth batter.
  2. Now heat oil in one pan.
  3. Then put little little mixture, spread it so that it becomes tooth pick.
  4. Put 1 tbsp oil on sides and cook on medium flame.
  5. Now turn it.
  6. After that, put oil on sides and take out in dish.
  7. In end, serve with any chutney.
