Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Fried cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First mark cut on 4 sides of chicken.
  2. Now marinate it with vinegar, soya sauce, salt and ginger garlic paste and keep in fridge overnight.
  3. Then keep in chalni so that it water comes out.
  4. Now spread oil on chicken and bake on 200 degrees C for 40 minutes.
  5. Now in one pot, put chaat masala, fried cumin seeds, black pepper, turmeric and red chili powder and mix it.
  6. In end, take out chicken from oven and coat with mixed masala nicely.
