Maharaja Kabab by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled beef mince 300 gm
  • Cottage cheese 200 gm
  • Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
  • Salad leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Add 1 egg, boiled beef mince, cottage cheese, ginger garlic, chopped onion, black pepper, crushed red chili, cumin powder, crushed coriander, crushed cumin, green chilies, coriander and salt, mix it and make kabab.
  2. Now dip in eggs.
  3. Heat oil in pan and shallow fry kabab.
  4. In end, take it out, garnish with salad leaves and serve.
