Baked Kitkat Fingers by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2
  • Milk powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Bars kitkat chocolate 4-5
  • Coco powder 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Sugar as required

Method:

  1. First, mix flour, yeast, sugar, milk powder, oil, water and coco powder, knead soft dough and keep it separate for 3 minutes.
  2. When it rises little, put some fry flour and roll in round.
  3. Now put bars kitkat chocolate and close in roll shape.
  4. Then keep on tray and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  5. When it is baked, roll in sugar cinnamon mixture and serve.
