Ingredients:

  • Lady fingers 1/2 kg
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper corns 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh red chili 8-10
  • Lemons 2
  • Boiled almonds 15-20
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First wash lady fingers nicely and keep in chalni so that water dries.
  2. Then cut top and bottom part and mark cut.
  3. Keep lady fingers whole.
  4. Now put oil and butter in karahi pan and fry fresh red chilies and boiled almonds.
  5. Then put lady fingers.
  6. After that, mix coriander seeds, cumin seeds and black pepper corns, grind it, put in lady fingers, stir fry it lightly and cover it.
  7. After 10 minutes, put salt, heat it and serve.
