Japanese Fried Potato by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Green onion 1 to 2 sticks
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes in round slices.
  2. Put garlic cloves, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar and salt in blender and mix it. Then put in pan and cook till thick.
  3. Then fry, potato, put in serving platter, pour sauce on top, garnish with green onion and serve.
