Dhuan Dhaar Kababs by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Potatoes 2
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 1
  • Oil for shallow frying

Method:

  1. Cook boneless beef with black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper, ginger garlic and 1 cup water until meat tender and water dries.
  2. Now shred meat, mix potatoes, onion, corn flour and crushed hara masala nicely and give smoke of coal.
  3. Then make kabab of it and shallow fry.
