					Ingredients:
- Chopped green chilies 250 gm
- Chopped garlic 8 cloves
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Lemons 3
- Salt to taste
- Oil 4 tbsp
 
Method:
- Mix chopped green chilies, chopped garlic, onion seeds, cumin, turmeric, lemons and salt.
- Now cover it and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Heat oil in pan and fry all ingredients on low flame.
- When cool, keep in clean and dry bottle.
- Don't use wet spoon.
