Ingredients:

  • Chopped green chilies 250 gm
  • Chopped garlic 8 cloves
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix chopped green chilies, chopped garlic, onion seeds, cumin, turmeric, lemons and salt.
  2. Now cover it and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry all ingredients on low flame.
  4. When cool, keep in clean and dry bottle.
  5. Don't use wet spoon.
